For the second day in a row, a juvenile has been shot in Catawba County.
An 11-year-old boy was airlifted to a regional hospital Friday after he was shot at a location off Finger Bridge Road, just south of U.S. 321.
The Catawba County Sheriff’s Office is investigating.
On Thursday, a juvenile suffered a gunshot wound at an apartment complex in Hickory. The child sustained what Hickory Police termed a non-life threatening gunshot wound.
