43-year-old Samuel Thomas Bivens of Claremont was arrested by Catawba County Sheriff’s Deputies on Saturday, August 3rd. He’s wanted on a felony fugitive warrant from Sevier County, Tennessee for a probation violation in connection with a charge listed as “dangerous drugs.” Following his arrest, Bivens was placed in the Catawba County Detention Facility where he is being held without bond.
