The Catawba County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the person in the photo above. This subject entered Pineywoods Quick Stop (4549 E NC 10 Hwy, Claremont) this morning displaying a handgun and robbing the store of cash and other items. The subject fled on foot towards Balls Creek Rd and is believed to be armed and dangerous.
