Caldwell County Deputies Charge Canadian Man With Kidnapping

The Caldwell County Sheriff’s Office arrested 27-year-old Quan Long Hoang of Ontario Canada on Tuesday, June 13th and charged him with first-degree kidnapping. Hoang was jailed without bond in the Caldwell County Detention Center. He was scheduled to appear in District Court on Friday, June 14th. No other details have been released.
