A woman is being held on Burke County charges in the Alexander County Detention Center. Dawn Renee Arnett, age 53, was taken into custody Monday on arrest warrants after missing court dates in Burke County. Arnett is being held under a $10,000 secured bond on charges for felony possession of methamphetamine and felony larceny.
