On October 6, the Burke County Sheriff’s Office received a cyber-tip from the National Center of Missing and Exploited Children. An investigation was conducted that led to a search warrant of 66-year-old Frank Wayne Campbell’s residence in Morganton. At the conclusion of the search warrant, Campbell was arrested without incident and charged with 2 counts of Second Degree Exploitation of a Minor. Campbell was taken to the Burke County Magistrate, where he received a $250,000 secured bond
