A Burke County man was taken into custody Wednesday by the Alexander County Sheriff’s Office. Robert Brian George, age 31 of Morganton, was charged with felony breaking and entering and felony larceny after breaking and entering. He was confined in the Alexander County Detention Center with a secured bond of $20,000.
