WILKESBORO – The N.C. Department of Transportation has closed a bridge on Fall Creek Road north of U.S. 421 in Wilkesboro.
The closure is scheduled to last until Nov. 18 at 3 p.m. as crews perform general bridge maintenance. A signed detour will be in place for the duration of the closure.
Motorists are reminded to slow down and remain alert while approaching the work zone and using the detour.
