The Alexander County Sheriff’s Office is on the scene of a shooting incident.
According to Major Jason Moore, a male and female sustained gunshot wounds around 11 am today. The location of the shooting is Fox Hollow Drive which is off Friendship Church Road in the Wittenburg Community. The victims of the shooting have been taken to an area hospital. No information on their condition.
Deputies are on the scene of the incident and the investigation is very active. More details as they become available…
