BREAKING NEWS…Taylorsville Police Searching For Suspect In Armed Robbery…Updated

Taylorsville Police are investigating an armed robbery that occurred early Monday morning.

At around 12:30 am Officers were called to a location near the intersection of 4th street and 5th avenue. A citizen told Officers he was held-up at gunpoint. A firearm was taken according to the subject.

A short time later Police arrested 19-year-old Daniel Lee Taylor of Taylorsville. He’s charged with felony robbery with dangerous weapon, felony larceny of a firearm, assault by pointing a gun and resisting arrest. Taylor is being held without bond in the Alexander County Detention Center.
