The Alexander County Sheriff’s Office is investigating two incidents at this time.
A victim was shot this morning at a location east of Taylorsville. The victim has been taken to a hospital and a suspect is in custody according to Sheriff Chad Pennell.
In a second incident, a victim has been stabbed at a location off Hill River Road in Stony Point. The victim has been transported to a medical facility.
