Boomer Man Arrested On Iredell County Drug Charges

Tyson Maurice Owens, 20 of Happy Oaks LN, Boomer, was arrested by the Iredell County Sheriff’s Office on May 10th. He is charged with

Felony possession of marijuana
Felony possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver a controlled substance
Felony maintaining a vehicle/dwelling/place for controlled substance
Possession of drug paraphernalia
Carrying a concealed gun

Owens is no longer listed as an inmate in the Iredell County Detention Center.
