ᴄᴀᴛᴀᴡʙᴀ ᴄᴏᴜɴᴛʏ, ɴᴄ- Sheriff’s Investigators have located the deceased body of an adult female in a wooded area in Northeastern Catawba County.
Following leads throughout the night into this morning, Sheriff’s investigators have worked to locate the body of Robin Doyle. These leads have led investigators to the discovery of this body.
Sheriff’s Investigators are working with agents from the Federal Bureau of Investigation and the North Carolina State Bureau of Investigation to confirm the identity of this body.

ᴄᴀᴛᴀᴡʙᴀ ᴄᴏᴜɴᴛʏ, ɴᴄ- Sheriff’s Investigators have confirmed that the body of the deceased adult female is Robin Doyle.
Sheriff’s Investigators are not releasing the cause of death at this time. The manner of death is suspected to be homicide.
Doyle’s next of kin have been notified.
