Taylorsville: The Lady Cougars won their 18th straight game with a shutout victory over Hibriten.
Macy Law pitched a 2 hit shutout and struck out 10 to go 12-0 on the season.
Alyssa Chapman hit a homer and had 3 rbi. Laney Wike homered and had 2 rbi as did Lyla Mayberry.
The win puts the state’s top ranked team at 21-1 and 9-0 in Northwestern Conference play.

Carter Bowman got the win and Koa Mikeal picked up the final two outs as the Cougars won at Bob Gryder Stadium Tuesday evening.
Freshman Gunnar Johnson led AC at the plate going 2-3 with 3 rbi. Wade Queen, Koa Mikeal and Maddix Reese got runs batted in as well.
The victory puts the Cougars at 11-8 overall and 6-3 in conference play.
