Back To Jail For Hiddenite Man

Joshua Allen Gunter, age 34 of Hiddenite, was arrested by Taylorsville Police on Saturday, July 12th. Officers responded to a local business after the security system alerted them of a break-in. Gunter had allegedly smashed a window and entered the establishment. He was located in the basement and arrested without incident. Charges include breaking and entering and injury to real property. Gunter remains in custody with bond set at $2,500.

Gunter was cited for contempt of court in April and was ordered to serve 30-days in jail.
