All students injured in the bus accident Monday in Alexander County have been released from the hospital and will spend the Christmas Holiday with their families. Alexander County Schools Public Information Officer Renee Meade said the last student to be hospitalized was released around noon today. Thirteen West Alexander Middle School students and the driver were injured in the crash shortly after 7:30 Monday morning on Icard Ridge Road.
