Carma Cheryl Jurney, age 48, of Taylorsville, has been sentenced to serve a sentence of 90 days in the Alexander County Detention Center. The term was handed down during a session of Superior Court on Monday in Taylorsville and is related to 2024 charges of felony possession of schedule II controlled substance and misdemeanor second-degree trespass.
