Amy Michelle Scarbrough, age 42 of Taylorsville, was arrested on Wednesday, August 6th and charged with violating terms of her pretrial release. She was arrested in July and charged with assault and later released on bond. As of earlier today, Scarbrough remains in the Alexander County Detention Center with a bond of $15,000.
