On Monday, July 1st, Alexander County Deputies arrested 37-year old Tammy Amanda Shumake of Taylorsville. She was charged with possession of a firearm by a felon and contributing to the delinquency of a minor. Shumake remains in the Alexander County Detention Center under a secured bond of $25,000.
