Sylvia Smith Flowers, age 66 of Taylorsville, was taken into custody on Monday by the Alexander County Sheriff’s Office and charged with felony larceny of a motor veicle. She was also cited for 2023 charges that include assault by stalking, breaking and entering, larceny and second-degree trespass. Flowers is being held in the Alexander County Detention Center under a secured bond of $34,000.
