The North Carolina Highway Patrol and Taylorsville Police arrested 44-year-old Kelly Michelle Sterling of Taylorsville on Friday evening. She’s been charged with hit and run with property damage, accessory after the fact, driving while impaired and resisting arrest. As of earlier today, Sterling remains in the Alexander County Detention Center. Her bond amount is listed at $8,000.
