32-year old Kelly Denise Cook of Taylorsville was arrested on Monday by the Alexander County Sheriff’s Office. She’s charged with felony possession of schedule II controlled substance, possession of schedule VI controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Cook has been released from custody with a bond of $5,000. A first court appearance is scheduled for Monday, April 15th.
