Tracy Lynn Kilpatrick, age 43 of Stony Point, was arrested on Tuesday, July 11th by the Alexander County Sheriff’s Office. She was charged with misdemeanor simple assault and misdemeanor injury to personal property. Kilpatrick was initially placed in the Alexander County Detention Center without bond but as of earlier today she is no longer listed as an inmate. An August 15th court appearance is scheduled.
