19 year-old Jeremiah Kole Elder of Taylorsville was arrested Wednesday morning by the Alexander County Sheriff’s Office. He’s charged with felony possession of schedule II controlled substance, misdemeanor possession of schedule VI controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Elder was placed in the Alexander County Detention Center under a secured bond of $5,000. A Monday, July 24th court date is scheduled.
