Alexander County Man Taken Into Custody

29-year old Codey James Matheson of Taylorsville was arrested by the Alexander County Sheriff’s Office on Wednesday and charged with breaking and entering, larceny after breaking and entering, and felony probation violation. As of this morning he remained in the Alexander County Detention Center with a bond of $10,000. A court date has not been listed.

Matheson was arrested in October by the Alexander County Sheriff’s Office and charged with felony conspiracy to sell/deliver methamphetamine and felony possession of a controlled substance on jail premises.
