Alexander County Man Slammed With Contempt Of Court Order

Andrew Brian Johnson, age 41 of Hiddenite, was ordered to serve 10 days in jail earlier this week by a District Court Judge in Alexander County. Johnson was cited for criminal contempt of court.

The North Carolina Highway Patrol arrested Johnson in April and charged him with reckless driving with wanton disregard. In addition, Johnson has previous offenses pending that include unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and driving while impaired.
