27-year-old Payton Mackenzie Parsons of NC Highway 16 N., Taylorsville, was apprehended on Wednesday and jailed for violation of his pre-trial conditions. Court records show he allegedly failed to comply with electronic monitoring. Parsons was also arrested on June 10th on charges that include assault on a female, crime of domestic violence and domestic trespass. As of earlier today, Parsons remains in the Alexander County Detention Center with a secured bond set for $15,000.
