Jeffrey Ray Minton, 53 of Taylorsville, was arrested Saturday in Alexander County. He was charged with felony possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Minton remains in the Alexander County Jail as of earlier today. He’s is scheduled to make a court appearance on Monday in Taylorsville.
