65-year old Gary Wilburn Sweet of Taylorsville was arrested on October 1st by the Alexander County Sheriff’s Office and charged with possession of a firearm by a felon. Parks was released under a $1,500 secured bond with a first appearance date of October 10th in Alexander County District Court.
