Taylorsville Man Detained On Tuesday

A Taylorsville man is back in jail. 32-year old Jeffery Michael Minton was taken into custody on Tuesday and charged with a pair of probation violations. H’s being held in the County Detention Center with bond listed at $10,000.

Minton also has a pending charge from February when he was arrested for larceny and injury to personal property. That case is scheduled for court on May 20th.

Minton was convicted on April 28th in Alexander County for willful and wanton injury to real property. He was given a 12 month suspended sentence.
