Alexander County Man Charged With Sexual Exploitation Of Minor

A felony charge of second-degree sexual exploitation of a minor has been filed against a Bethlehem resident.

On Sunday, 46-year-old Eric Michael Kuzma of Arbor Springs DR., Taylorsville, was arrested by the Alexander County Sheriff’s Office. The charge involves the distribution of a visual image of a prepubescent female engaged in sexual activity.

Kuzma is being held as of this report in the Alexander County Detention Center with a secured bond listed at $50,000. The suspect was convicted in 2000 for indecent liberties with a minor in Alexander County. He was given a suspended sentence.
