Alexander County Deputies arrested 34-year old Dustin Quay Peterson of Taylorsville on Tuesday and charged him with breaking and entering and resisting arrest. He was also served a warrant from Catawba County for felony probation violation. A previous charge in Alexander County for driving with license revoked is also pending. As of earlier today, Peterson remains in the Alexander County Detention Center without bond.
