40-year old Noah Franklin Witherspoon of Taylorsville was arrested on Wednesday by Taylorsville Police and the North Carolina Highway Patrol. He faces charges that include felony possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving with license revoked, driving while impaired, and resisting a public officer. Witherspoon remains in the Alexander County Detention Center with a secured bond of $13,000. No court date has been listed.
