Eric Michael Kuzma
On Wednesday, 46-year-old Eric Michael Kuzma of Arbor Springs DR., Taylorsville, was charged with the following offenses.
Felony first-degree sexual exploitation of a minor
Felony Statutory rape of a child age 15 or younger (3 counts)
As reported on September 6th, Kuzma was arrested by the Alexander County Sheriff’s Office and charged with second-degree sexual exploitation of a minor. He has remained in custody since the arrest with the new charges being filed while the suspect was in jail.
Kuzma was convicted in 2000 for indecent liberties with a minor in Alexander County. He was given a suspended sentence.
With addition of the most recent charges, Kuzma is being held without bond pending an appearance before a judge.
