Alexander County, North Carolina is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified professional firms to perform Due Diligence Land Services to support the evaluation, acquisition, and potential development of sites for industrial building projects. The purpose of this RFQ is to prequalify firms capable of providing comprehensive due diligence services to assess site feasibility, environmental suitability, and development readiness for industrial or economic development projects under consideration by the County.
Background
Alexander County is evaluating one or more tracts of land for potential industrial development and seeks to complete due diligence investigations to determine site constraints, development costs, and compliance with regulatory requirements. These efforts will guide infrastructure planning, land acquisition, and project design in support of the County’s long-term economic development initiatives.
