Marcus Don Zimmerman
Marcus Don Zimmerman, age 41, was arrested on Monday, November 25th. He’s charged with felony possession of methamphetamine and felony possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver methamphetamine. Zimmerman was placed in the Alexander County Detention Center under a secured bond of $10,000 but is no longer listed in custody. His court date is Taylorsville is scheduled for December 9th.
Zimmerman was arrested in Iredell County in October and charged with felony counts of possession with intent to sell or deliver methamphetamine and maintaining a vehicle or dwelling for controlled substance. At the time of that arrest he was wearing an ankle monitor related to a domestic violence incident from earlier in the month. In that case he was charged with assault by strangulation . His next court date in Iredell County is set for February 10th in Statesville.
