Alexander County Deputies arrested 58-year-old Jimmie Ray Cook Jr. of Harris Strret, Stony Point overnight. He’s been charged with asssault by communicating threats and crime of domestic violence. Cook is being held in the Alexaander County Detention Center without bond.
