Following a traffic stop early Thursday morning in the Ellendale Community, Alexander County Sheriff’s Office Deputies arrested Troy Jay Correll, age 53 of Taylorsville. He has been charged with felony possession of methamphetamine, felony maintaining a vehicle/dwelling for controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Correll has been released from custody with bond set for $15,000.
