Alexander County Deputies Make Drug Arrests

Two Alexander County men are facing felony drug charges as the results of Monday arrests by the Alexander County Sheriff’s Office.

Charles David Douglas, age 57, Galaxy Dr., Taylorsville, is charged with felony possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. As of this report, Douglas remains in the county detention center with bond listed at $10,000.

Johnny Lynn Chapman, age 39, Thunder Rd., Stony Point, is charged with felony possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. Chapman remains in custody under a secured bond of $10,000.
