The Alexander County Sheriff’s Office arrested 44-year-old Rickie Ray Barnes Jr., Mill Hill CT., Stony Point, on Monday and charged him with second-degree trespassing and vandalism with damage to real property. Barnes is being held in the county jail under a secured bond of $4,000.
