Alexander County Deputies Charge Woman With Stealing Two Vehicles

Alexander County Sheriff’s Office Deputies arrested 48-year-old Misty Lou Ferguson of W. Front Street, Statesville on Monday. She’s charged with two-counts of felony larceny of a motor vehicle and providing false information to a law enforcement officer.

Arrest documents indicate the suspect is on probation for a felony possession of schedule II controlled substance conviction in Catawba County.

As of this report, Ferguson is being held in the Alexander County Detention Center with a listed secured bond of $40,000.
