Toby Ryan Bentley, 44, of Paynes Dairy RD, Taylorsville, was arrested Monday evening by Deputies with the Alexander County Sheriff’s Office. He was charged with possession of schedule IV controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was also served failure to appear warrants on charges that include multiple offenses including driving while license revoked. A 2025 charge of harassing phone call is also pending.
