Alexander County Deputies Charge Suspect

James Edward Kovach, age 48, Gant DR.,Taylorsville was taken into custody on Tuesday by the Alexander County Sheriff’s Office. He has been charged with:

Felony breaking and entering
Felony larceny after breaking and entering
Felony conspire to commit larceny
Felony obtaining property by false pretense
Vandalism-damage to real property
Vandalism-damage to personal property

Kovach is being held in the Alexander County Detention Center with a bond listed at $65,000.
