The Alexander County Sheriff’s Office arrested a Morganton woman on Tuesday. 34-year-old Dezarae Lyn Merritt was served a series of warrants from Catawba County. The charges include probation violation and driving with license revoked. Merritt remains in custody as of earlier today with bond set at $9,000.
