The Alexander County Health Department has reported that 57 people are in quarantine with COVID-19, with a cumulative total of 509 confirmed cases.
There have been seven (7) deaths associated with the virus.
Three (3) people are in the hospital.
Of the 509 total cases, 442 people have recovered.
