Alexander County Charges Filed Against Statesville Man

James Nicholas Jordan, age 30 of Statesville, was arrested overnight in Alexander County. He is charged by the Alexander County Sheriff’s Office with breaking and entering and larceny after breaking and entering. Jordan remains in the County Jail with a bond set at $5,000.

Previous charges are pending against Jordan for assault by pointing a gun, resisting arrest, larceny and second-degree trespass. His next court date on those Alexander County charges is listed for August 5th.
