Kiarrah Shanice Bennett, age 30, was arrested on Saturday, December 21st in Alexander County. She’s charged with felony identity theft, 2 counts of felony possession of controlled substance on jail premises and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bennett is being held in the Alexander County Detention Center with bond set at $30,000.
