Alexander Central High Updates Graduation Procedures

May 19, 2026 By Richard C. Gilbert

We are continuing to closely monitor the weather leading up to graduation. We hope to make a decision by 4 p.m. on Friday regarding whether the ceremony will remain outdoors or move indoors. This will allow time to finalize setup for either location.

▫️In the event the ceremony is moved indoors due to weather or other circumstances, graduation will be held in the Varsity Gym. Each graduate will receive 5 guest tickets for entry into the ceremony.

▫️Additional guests may view the ceremony through a live stream in the auditorium on a first come, first served basis until capacity is reached. Auditorium doors will open at approximately 6:45 p.m. Here’s the link for the live stream: https://www.youtube.com/live/FuKm0JHEeDI

▫️ Please note that a clear bag policy will be enforced for all attendees. Stadium seats will not be allowed inside the gym.

▫️A picture and video package will be available for purchase from Nikki (Bost) Stevenson.
