Alexander Central Basketball Standout Announces Transfer

Rising Senior Jayon Connor has announced on Social Media his intention to transfer from Alexander Central High School to Forsyth Country Day and reclassify into the Class of 2027. Connor was the Northwestern Conference Player of the Year last season for the Cougars and was starting to draw serious looks from a number of NCAA Division I basketball programs.

Connor averaged 27.8 points per game and 10.2 rebounds and sparkled during Summer events including one in Winston-Salem.
