***Alert*** Wilkes Girl Listed As Missing…Updated

The Wilkes County Sheriff’s Department is asking for the public’s assistance in locating 12-year old Gracie Anderson of the Rock Creek Community. She was last seen the night of Monday, Sept. 6th.

The Wilkes Sheriff’s Department was notified of the missing girl on September 7th. It is possible she is with someone she met on a social media website.

Anyone with information about Gracie Anderson is asked to call the Wilkes County Sheriff’s Department at 336-903-7600

Update: 09/08…The Wilkes Sheriff’s Office says Anderson has been found and is safe.
